Recognition comes at time of significant global growth for the company
ThousandEyes, the Internet and Cloud Intelligence company, has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year. Additionally, ThousandEyes has been recognized on Built In Austin's 2020 list of Best Places to Work, also for the second year in a row. This recognition comes at a time of immense growth for ThousandEyes, as it builds out its global workforce across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
"The ThousandEyes team is very proud to have been recognized for the environment and culture we aim to cultivate for our teammates, as our goal is to continue to foster career experiences full of personal growth, innovation and passion," said Jennifer Taylor, vice president of ThousandEyes' global people team. "Our teammates love to tackle complex problems, build innovative solutions and see humor as a vital part of our environment, all of which contribute to making ThousandEyes a 'great place to work.'"
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, which recognizes U.S. companies with exceptional workplace cultures. Great Place to Work's 30 years of continual research demonstrates that the definition of a great workplace is one where employees trust their managers, take pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with. Business leaders, top research institutions, and the public rely on the Great Place to Work Trust Model as the definitive standard of what it means to be a great workplace.
For this certification, Great Place to Work evaluated more than 60 elements of ThousandEyes team members' experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees' feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. A summary of these ratings can be found at http://reviews.greatplacetowork.com/thousandeyes. Notable ratings include:
- 99 percent of employees agreed "our customers would rate the service we deliver as 'excellent.'"
- 99 percent are appreciative that "people celebrate special events around here."
- 98 percent said "management is honest and ethical in its business practices.'"
- 98 percent believe "people care about each other here."
