Around 16:00 UTC on May 16, ThousandEyes began observing DNS failures impacting some customers attempting to reach the Salesforce service. The issues appeared to be intermittently impacting affected customers.
Salesforce reported that the company had identified the issue’s source as being “intermittent failures from a third-party DNS service provider.” They declared the issue fully resolved as of 20:30 UTC.
