Following Cisco’s acquisition of ThousandEyes, the ThousandEyes Terms of Use have been replaced with the Cisco General Terms ("General Terms").

The Cisco General Terms, together with the ThousandEyes Offer Description, cover your access and use of Cisco ThousandEyes.
Support Services Policy
ThousandEyes shall provide support for your ThousandEyes Service under the following terms:
Service Level Agreement
ThousandEyes will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the performance standards set forth in the following Service Level Agreement ("SLA"):
ThousandEyes Customers – Controller-to-Processor Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”)
The privacy and security of your data is a top priority for ThousandEyes. We are committed to complying with legal standards intended to ensure the appropriate protections for the transfer of your personal data. On June 4th, 2021, the European Commission adopted new contractual clauses.
Cisco Catalyst 9000 Entitlements
The maximum number of authorized embedded entitlements included as part of the Catalyst 9300 or 9400 Cisco DNA Advantage subscription is calculated as set forth in the Cisco Catalyst 9000 Entitlements Summary.
Privacy and Trust - Data Protection
ThousandEyes’s Service is designed with privacy and security in mind. We comply with the terms of Cisco’s Master Data Protection Agreement.
