Large Language Model Event Summaries and Recurring Events
Innovation Overview
Large language model (LLM) event summaries and recurring events provide LLM-based event summaries and automatically identify and group recurring network or server events. Available now to all customers, ThousandEyes LLM event summaries help teams to quickly understand underlying issues during performance degradations.
Feature Highlights
Summarized Events: LLMs are used to summarize an individual event, assisting users with quickly understanding the underlying issue.
Detailed Explanations: LLMs are used to explain why an event was generated, providing users with a detailed “Why am I seeing this?” section and outlining the data that triggered the event.
Recurring Event Summarization: LLMs are used to summarize recurring events and provide an explanation of the patterns and why the events were grouped together.
Customer Benefits
Faster Diagnosis: Quickly comprehend the underlying incident and take action. LLM event summaries facilitate rapid understanding of the event, allowing teams to move faster.
Improved MTTR: LLM event summaries can help decrease the mean time to identifying and resolving issues.
Tackle Recurring Events: LLM recurrence summaries provide details about repeat patterns, how often they’ve happened, and when they’ve occurred, helping teams to quickly understand identified events that have occurred multiple times in the last 30 days.
