The management responsibility principle assigns ThousandEyes executive management with responsibility for defining, documenting, promoting and communicating the ThousandEyes Privacy Policies and programs.
ThousandEyes provides required notices to individuals relating to the processing of his/her personal data.
Individuals are informed of their available choices in providing personal data ("opt-in" or "opt-out").
Disclosure to Third Parties
ThousandEyes discloses personal data to third-parties only for valid business reasons and if required an individual's implicit or explicit consent is obtained. Also third-parties must meet all relevant ThousandEyes standards for data protection.
Security of Personal Data
As described in the Confidentiality & Integrity section, ThousandEyes protects personal data of any format or media from unauthorized access and use.
At the time of data collection, ThousandEyes discloses the purpose for which the personal data is being collected. Also ThousandEyes will collect only the minimum set of personal data required to fulfill the purpose.
Restricted Use
ThousandEyes uses collected information only for disclosed purpose and will retain it only for the period of time required to fulfil this purpose.
Individuals always have the right to review their personal data and make corrections or updates if required.
ThousandEyes ensures the quality of collected information: accuracy, completeness, and relevance to the purpose.
Enforcement of the principles is a responsibility of every ThousandEyes employee, as well as the management team.
