Our privacy practices cover all our technologies and business processes and are based on the following principles.

The management responsibility principle assigns ThousandEyes executive management with responsibility for defining, documenting, promoting and communicating the ThousandEyes Privacy Policies and programs.

ThousandEyes provides reasonable notice when personal data is collected and also discloses the purpose for which individual data is collected, stored and processed.

Individuals are informed of their available choices in providing personal data ("opt-in" or "opt-out").

Disclosure to Third Parties
