Summary

Introducing the ThousandEyes Support Community, a forum where users can engage in peer learning and receive quicker responses to common questions and shared challenges. This community also provides the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other customers on optimizing network and application performance.

Say you are installing ThousandEyes agents onto your network switches but encounter an error where the sync status is displaying "disabled." What should be your next step? Do you resort to searching on Google or Reddit? And even if you do, can you be sure of finding the most current and correct answers?

If finding the right sources for IT problems matters to you, we have great news! We are excited to announce the launch of the ThousandEyes Support Community. This online forum provides a platform for ThousandEyes users to connect with one another and share their experiences. By taking part in the community, members can gain valuable insights and knowledge from fellow technical professionals and enthusiasts.

Answers From Your Peers

The new ThousandEyes Support Community connects customers and users who use ThousandEyes to optimize their network and application performance. The aim is to promote peer learning and supply faster responses to common questions and shared challenges.

The support community is moderated regularly by ThousandEyes’ highly acclaimed Customer Engineering Team. If you’re having an issue with deploying or operationalizing ThousandEyes, we recommend checking the support community first to see if another user has already asked a similar question. There’s a high probability that, as the ThousandEyes Support Community grows, either another customer has offered a solution or someone from the Customer Engineering team has already responded to the issue.

Latest Info From Our Knowledge Base

ThousandEyes takes pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and support. And as part of our efforts to provide the best service possible, ThousandEyes’ Customer Engineering Team is dedicated to keeping the support community’s knowledge base up to date with the latest information. As such, they’ll regularly upload resources that include video tutorials, updated product documents, and other valuable guides.

Ultimately, we want to make it easier for customers to find the answers they need faster. And we want to ensure that our customers and users have access to the most current info directly from the source or another trusted party.

Free T-Shirt for the First 50 Customer Posts

To mark the launch of the ThousandEyes Support Community, we invite our customers and users to share their stories on the forum. And as a token of our appreciation for doing so, we’ll send the first 50 participants a stylish ThousandEyes t-shirt for free if they post by September 29, 2023.

To qualify for your free swag, please answer the following questions in your first post:

  • Which features do you use, and how long did the implementation take?
  • What business problems did you solve using ThousandEyes? Do you have an interesting use case to share?
  • What do you like most about the ThousandEyes platform?
  • Do you have any exciting plans with the ThousandEyes platform?
