Partnership Accelerates ThousandEyes' Adoption in the Japanese Market
ThousandEyes, the company that empowers businesses with Network Intelligence, today announced a strategic partnership agreement with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation, one of the largest systems integrators in Japan, to meet growing market demand in the region. Under the agreement, ITOCHU Techno-Solutions will provide ThousandEyes solutions to their clients in major industries that are increasingly relying on the Internet and cloud as part of their digital transformation, wide area network (WAN) modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
According to IDC Japan*, the domestic public cloud service market will grow from 48.85 billion yen in 2017 to 1.986 trillion yen in 2021. As Japanese enterprises adopt and operationalize the cloud, they must rely on a complex chain of external service providers that they do not own or control to deliver their digital experiences to their end users. This shift in control creates a network visibility blindspot, making it incredibly difficult to pinpoint issues along the service delivery path that might impact end-user experience. ThousandEyes enables organizations to deliver superior application and service performance by providing end-to-end visibility across every network segment—regardless of ownership—including the Internet, cloud provider networks, corporate networks and all the way to endpoint devices.
"As we continue to scale our global business, it's imperative we form the right strategic partnerships that will create significant value for customers," said Paul Kizakevich, senior vice president of worldwide sales at ThousandEyes. "Partnering with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions was an obvious choice for us as they are well-known and respected as both strategic advisors and trusted partners by their clients. We are thrilled to work with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions and look forward to jointly servicing the Japanese market."
