Querying the API: The Cisco AI Assistant can query the APIs for network and application synthetics tests.

Coverage Validation: Assess your ThousandEyes test coverage by asking the Cisco AI Assistant questions like "What tests have I set up for Salesforce?" or "Which locations am I monitoring Microsoft Teams from?"
Follow these quick steps to get familiar with the Cisco AI Assistant:
Click the Cisco AI Assistant icon, located to the left of the Help & Support icon.
To explore view options, select the Change view pulldown and change the view to Floating window.
Select the Change view pulldown again and change the view to Full screen.
Select the Change view pulldown again and change the view to New browser tab.
Start by choosing a suggested question and clicking one of the suggestion buttons.
Once completed with the query, click the New thread icon.
Ask the Cisco AI Assistant a custom query by typing into the question field.
Click the collapsed menu icon to see question history.
Click the X to close the Cisco AI Assistant window.
