Outage Analysis

Starting at approximately 11:40 UTC on September 12, ThousandEyes observed issues for some users attempting to reach Microsoft services, such as Microsoft 365. Significant network packet loss, as well as connection timeouts, were observed within Microsoft’s network during the incident. The issues appeared to be limited to a subset of users connecting to Microsoft’s network via AT&T. The incident was resolved by approximately 13:20 UTC.
