On December 19, between approximately 12:00 and 13:35 UTC, ThousandEyes observed service disruptions affecting YouTube and google.com. During the incident, these services were intermittently timing out or responding with error messages, indicating service-level issues rather than connectivity issues reaching Google’s web servers. The incident appeared to impact users across all regions.
