Beginning at approximately 4:05 UTC on September 16, Cloudflare experienced a performance incident leading to reachability issues for some applications leveraging its CDN and Networking services. Applications impacted include Zoom and HubSpot. The incident lasted approximately 2 hours before resolving at approximately 6:00 UTC.
