Outage Analysis
On October 1st, around 08:20 UTC, ThousandEyes observed an outage impacting Salesforce instances hosted in AWS. Salesforce customers experienced timeouts, slow performance, and inaccessibility of the service, which is indicative of application-related issues. The service has seen some recovery, but the incident is still ongoing for some users. We will provide updates as remediation efforts progress.
