Cloud Agents

The Simplest Way To See Global Connectivity

Instant Global Insight, Zero Overhead.

Cloud Agents World Map

ThousandEyes Cloud Agents are installed around the world—1057 agents, 271 cities, 69 countries—giving enterprises access to performance data from ISP network, cloud, and SaaS vantage points to accurately simulate end user experience.

Real-world Perspective From Globally Distributed Locations

Cloud Agents provide visibility into digital experiences from a diverse mix of external networks, including Tier 1, 2, and 3 ISPs; broadband networks; and mobile edge locations. They also allow you to monitor cloud networks, SaaS applications, and other key dependencies, giving you comprehensive insights into the end-to-end performance and behavior of infrastructure and third-party dependencies.

Enterprise Agents

Enterprise Agents provide visibility from within your data centers, cloud VPCs/VNETs, and branches. In addition to active monitoring, Enterprise Agents also offer SNMP-based monitoring, as well as discovery and topological mapping of internal network devices.

Endpoint Agents

Deployed on Mac, Windows, Android, and Cisco RoomOS devices, Endpoint Agents offer end user experience and device-level monitoring. Periodic HTTP and network monitoring tests produce detailed insight into routing paths. Real-time monitoring for Windows and Mac is enabled via an optional browser-based plugin.

Device Agents

Device Agents are ultra-lightweight software solutions that ISPs can deploy on customer-premises equipment, like home routers, for insight into customers’ Internet performance.
